Your Growth, Your Way
Phone Consultation
During our 15-minute phone consultation, I’ll ask about the challenge you’re facing, your past therapy experiences, and your goals. We’ll also go over logistics, including scheduling and payment, and I’ll be happy to answer any questions you have.
Intake Session
In our intake appointment, I want to learn about you, your experiences, your symptoms, and their impact on your life. We’ll also cover your medical and family history to confirm a diagnosis and develop a treatment plan.
Individual Therapy
Your perspective is incredibly valuable, and we will work collaboratively to determine the best course of treatment for you, including identifying priority areas and establishing concrete goals and metrics to measure progress.
Therapy Intensives
Intensives provide a more flexible, concise, and powerful way to foster growth and change. Therapy Intensives enable clients to continue processing and developing skills beyond what insurance typically allows.
Ketamine-Assisted Therapy
Offering a safe and comfortable environment for you to explore your mental and physical space during Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is our top priority. This model enhances a client’s engagement with therapeutic ketamine, allowing you to be an active participant.
